Our fair billing practices mean that if you only receive urgent care services during your visit, you pay only the urgent care costs and not the higher ER costs. We charge for the actual services you received, without duplicate billing or hidden fees.
If your insurance plan lists us as in-network, the insurance company negotiated the rate you’ll pay for services with us. Your specific plan states your out-of-pocket expenses for urgent care or emergency services. Our policy price transparency ensures you know how much you owe before you leave.
